The Lumiventt Advantage – Distinctly DMCI

Lumiventt Airflow
The summer of 2010 is one of the hottest season on record here in the Philippines and while most of us is enduring this hot weather, a few privileged residents of DMCI homes condos is keeping it cool through their unique and innovatively designed building structure. So much so that when asked how they are coping with the heat at home, all they can probably say is: "No sweat!"

The Lumiventt advantage shows the strong commitment of DMCI to provide a quality home by optimizing natural light and air flow through careful planning of their building structures. This led to the following features that is unique to DMCI projects and all these comprises the “Lumiventt” – which means natural light and ventilation.

Sky patios – These are three-storey high openings on the front and back of the towering high-rise building. This provides a grand vantage point of the skyline allowing for more natural light and greater ventilation for each resident.

Single loaded corridors on all floors - This presents more space for residents to move around. This is actually a signature concept from DMCI Homes that is common among its condominium developments, both medium-rise and high-rise. This also contradicts the typical, cramped spaces found in most condo projects as well as the "doors opening to doors" concept of typical high-rise buildings.

Central Atrium – These are refreshingly landscaped central garden in every five floors in a high-rise tower or in the ground floor of a mid-rise building that compliments the view from the single loaded corridors as well as improve the quality of air because plant microbes are scientifically proven to do so.

Breezeways – These are openings on each side of the building in every floor that serves as an air channel to reinforce its permeation throughout the structure.

With all these features combined, it allows fresh air to flow in and also allows stale or hot air to be displaced and sucked out. This induced airflow is what provides comfort to all the homeowners of DMCI Condominiums. These features likewise contribute another function of providing an aesthetic visual relief to the otherwise drab concrete environment that characterizes typical high-rise condominium developments. This also contributes to energy conservation and lesser association dues because hallway lights doesn't have to be turned on 24/7 and air-conditioning is not needed too

DMCI Homes is the country's premier triple A builder-developer that brings serviced, themed communities within reach of urban families who once had limited residential options, but still aspire to achieve a comfortable, enriching quality of life proximate to their place of work.

Live a beautiful life

  1. A residential structure with best qualities of indigenous Filipino architecture may seem to be very promising.
