I’d like to share today the seven value propositions that are present in all DMCI projects. This means that these are standard features that you can find whichever project you decide to invest in. It’s like eating a burger in any Jollibee food chain. You’ll get the same taste every time. DMCI established a product framework where the seven propositions are based. These are:
